Introduction.

The c onscious choice by police not to do a traditional photo
identification is not right in America.

There was no physical evidence (bruises, abrasions, etc.) that
Client was the suspect involved in the violent fight.

The n onchalant attitude of the police in failing to obtain DNA
evidence which could exonerate Client is saddening.

Eyewitness identification with NO physical evidence is the single
greatest threat to justice.

This jury should embrace an "I nnocence Project " that prevents
a wrongful conviction based upon the uncorroborated
eyewitness identification.

Conclusion : Reasonable Doubt of Jury prevented the crushing
of the accused.
